In December 2015, The District Council of Mount Barker endorsed a new Strategic Plan to guide its planning and management through to 2035. Mount Barker 2035 District Strategic Plan was developed taking into account the current state of the Mount Barker district, current and anticipated growth over the next 20 years, existing knowledge and planning documents, input from elected members, staff and the community and global and regional influences.

Secure eHost was asked to revised and improve on the current Strategic Plan document through better layout, graphic representations, use of colours and photography where needed. The result gave clear direction for strategic plan, breaking down important information into appropriate categories and highlights the importance of the strategic goals, objectives and strategies. A community feel was carried out across the plan with the intention to attract readers of both young and old demographic.

Once the Strategic Plan document was in place we worked on creating a summary brochure (portable version) to be printed. The summary brochure made up 8 panels was developed into a gate fold brochure with the strategies, and highlights becoming the main focus. Two PowerPoint Presentations were also developed with interactivity and the ability to be expanded in-house.
