The ARC Campbelltown were after a way to improve their website to give more of a community focus for members, including over 55's.
Their current membership information was not clear and the process to join was confusing. Membership options are now easy to understand with 6 main types of memberships available with variable pricing depending on debit choice or concession. Each membership links through to their integrated booking software which has also been improved to be responsive on all screens.
Their brand new website is not only easier for the public to use but also internally a lot easier for them to manage. We reduced the home page down to be simple, easy to navigate, with a focus on their social media and quick link access information.
An alerts function was purposely added to alert customers and visitors of upcoming maintenance, closures and other information.
The ARC website responds to all screen sizes and devices. With easy to use navigation and quick links, their website makes it really easy to find information without having to dig deep into the website.
